Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

• Free shipping on all orders above R3000.
• A flat rate shipping fee of R180 will be charged on orders below R3000.
• Nationwide delivery.
• Delivery within 2-3 working days.

RETURNS

• You return the item within 15 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
• You produce your original Big Man Outfitters Invoice (receipt) when you return the item 
• The item is in original saleable condition:
• With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
• In an unworn, unopened and unused state
• In original packaging

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
